- 4 cups of your favorite fruit juice
- 8-10 packets of Nate’s 100% Pure Honey Minis*
- 4 1-ounce packets unflavored gelatin
- Fresh fruit of choice
- 1/3 cup Honey Syrup

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of cold juice. Stir in the honey or honey syrup.
Meanwhile, bring the remaining 3 cups of juice to a boil. Stir it into the gelatin mixture until very well combined (no lumps!). Pour into a 9×13-inch pan. Place favorite fruits (berries are best) generously over all. Refrigerate until well set.
Cut into cubes.
