“I am giving the Glue Boose 4 stars just because I love the bar. The food is ok, but what makes the Blue Goose the Blue Goose is the bar and its personnel. Juan Valdez for example has been there since it opened more than 20 years ago, and a good number of the staff have been there 10 years or longer. All of my friends that have come from out of town have taken a trip to the Blue Goose and all have had a great time, everytime..they all have fond memories of the place. It’s simply a Dallas landmark and worth visiting.”
