La Fondita menu in Denton, Texas, USA

wanted to try a different mexican restaurant friday afternoon and this place is like a 5 minute walk from my place! the restaurant is so small in the little plaza so this place would be super hard to miss driving by.
i was craving tacos, so I ordered two of many tacos for takeout to try and wow for the price and how big these tacos were, i may just start ordering here from now on!
the red sauce was suuuuper hot (and i love spicy, but this spiciness hit different lol) but i absolutely love the green sauce! i got chicken, pastor, chicharron, barbacoa, and birria tacos. definitely ordering pastor, birria, and chicharron tacos again and this was the first time ive ever tried birria tacos! flaaavorful meat. the barbacoa wasn’t as flavorful as i thought and the chicken was a bit on the drier side. both were good however!
i would love to come back again to try the rest of the menu. hopefully will stop by another weekend to try the pozole
