La Loma has been a staple in the Denver Metro Area since the 1970s. 3CE is proud to be a part of this 10,300 square foot Mexican Restaurant in Castle Rock, Colorado. The project is currently in construction and is on pace to open during the summer of 2020.
The HVAC system included 65-tons of rooftop units along with a heated floor system for the perimeter seating areas. These systems will ensure a comfortable space no matter where you are seated. The restaurant boasts two bars, including one outdoors in an open patio. The restaurant has a large commercial kitchen complete with hood systems, make-up air, grease and dishwasher exhausts along with a 2,500-gallon grease interceptor.
The La Loma Restaurant is part of a master plan, which includes an outdoor event space and staging building for private parties on the same site. The power and utilities were sized accordingly to accommodate the additional loads.
The architectural design, lighting and finishes keeps the traditional La Loma theme and ambiance alive for this prestigious venue. The finished restaurant is sure to be a beautiful addition to the Promenade at Castle Rock with incredible views!
