Head Chef Michael Kratt and his team pamper the guests with everything that the lake, the forests and fields around the hotel have to offer. The seasonal and regional specialties are complemented with one or two Mediterranean classics. Here on the ground floor of the Art Nouveau-style villa, no wish is neglected – even the requests of our younger guests are fulfilled well beyond the menu. Depending on the weather, the glass facade is either open or closed … but there is always a view of the lake.
