This romantic restaurant inside the Wynn is known for its breathtaking patio alongside the Lake of Dreams and its amazing specialty seafood menu by chef David Walzog. The array of tasty seafood selections includes wild-caught seafood, fresh-caught Hawaiian fish, and an extensive selection of raw delicacies and shellfish. The fish is sustainably harvested, using hook and line. Oven roasted Maine or Scottish Blue lobster is offered, prepared simply or with a red chili rub with a choice of butter: drawn, yuzu-basil or spicy harissa. Guests who aren't seafood fans can choose from a selection of beef, like a classic New York, rib eye or filet, or perhaps the organic Jidori chicken breast with white beans, wild mushrooms, arugula and herb chicken jus. A vegetarian menu is also available. Lakeside is open for dinner nightly and on Sundays for brunch.
