Lumpiang Shanghai (Egg Roll)
A delicious mix of ground pork and vegetables rolled in pastry wrapper and deep fried. served with sweet and sour sauce on the side. A Filipino favourite.
Lumpiang Ubod (Heart of Palm Egg Roll)
Shredded heart of palm, mixed with vegetables, pork, shrimp and crabmeat. Served fresh or fried, and served with peanut or vinegar garlic dip. A Filipino favourite delicacy. Vegetarian option available.
Lechon Kawali (Crispy Pork Belly) with Pinakbet (Vegetable Stew) or Chopsuey (Sauteed Vegetables)
Pork belly deep fried until crispy and golden brown, yet soft and tender inside. Served with liver sauce on the side and steamed jasmine rice. Pinakbet is a melange of fresh vegetables sauteed with pork, shrimp and shrimp paste. A popular stew originally from the Northern Ilocos region, prepared the Max’s way. Chopsuey is a Chinese inspired assorted vegetables with shrimp, pork and chicken sauteed in our savoury sauce.

Filipino-style grilled chicken marinated in a special citrusy soy-based sauce with fresh garlic, ginger and lemon grass basted with annatto oil and served with Java Rice.
Sizzling Bangus Steak
Bangus (milkfish) belly steak sauteed in onions, lemon juice, soy sauce, and topped with fresh onion rings. Served on a sizzling plate with steamed jasmine rice.
Tagalog Bistek (Beef Steak)
Thinly sliced beef sirloin sauteed in onions, lemon juice, soy sauce and seasonings. Served on a sizzling plate with garlic rice.
Filipino Pork Barbeque Skewer & Pancit Palabok (Thick Rice Noodles)
Pork slices marinated in a special tangy mildly sweet and spicy sauce and speared in a bamboo skewer and grilled to perfection. Pancit Palabok is a thick rice noodles in a delicious shrimp, squid and ground pork sauce, garnished with garlic bits, ground pork cracklings, green onions and sliced boiled egg. Both are all time Filipino favourites.
