McCloud Mountain Restaurant and Lodge are ready for the 2019 season. The coolers are full of food, freshly cleaned carpets, new poly on the tables, and best of all… a great crew of people who are anxious to see all of you at the top of the mountain! We open tomorrow, March 14th, and will be open Tuesday through Sunday from breakfast through dinner (approximately 8:30 am until 8 pm). And don’t forget to make reservations at 423-562-3282.

Thanks to all of our fans for a very successful season at McCloud Mountain Restaurant and Lodge. We closed this season with the most fantastic group of crew members that we have ever had (and all plan to return in the spring). They have improved our restaurant tremendously… adding at least a full point on each of the viable rating services. We are seasonal, and close early December. We plan to re-open mid March 2019 (as you can see in this video taken today, snow is our biggest threat at this elevation). And remember, lodge and restaurant gift certificates make wonderful Christmas Gifts! Call us at 423-562-3282 to order certificates of whatever dollar value you desire. We will mail them to you immediately. And most of all, we wish all of you a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year.

Today was a magnificently beautiful day on McCloud Mountain. Tomorrow, October 30th, and Wednesday the 31st are going to be even more spectacular with the peak of the leaves before it rains on Thursday the 1st of November. We have several lodge rooms open this week, and a few for next weekend. What better place to view the Perseid Meteor Shower than on top of McCloud Mountain! You can also visit by making restaurant reservations at 423-562-3282. Space is limited.

McCloud Mountain Restaurant continues to grow, and we are doing great things on top of the mountain. As the season picks up, our fantastic kitchen staff could use a little more help. We are currently hiring cooks, kitchen help, servers, and outdoor laborers (mowing and weedeating). While experience matters, we are absolutely willing to train enthusiastic applicants who are willing to learn. Please fill out the online application and join our team at McCloud.
