All Food items are prepared fresh in house. We grow organic produce & herbs in our 2 different gardens. We also buy locally from farm and ranch friends, & our seafood comes from the Gulf. Only the best olive oils, butters, & peanut oil used in our preparation.
We use Biodegradable Straws, Cups & To-Go Containers and we recycle all plastic & paper goods.
