Chef-Owner, Mike Tibi opened his doors to Café Mezza & Grille in 2005, 16 years later, we are now known as Mezza Grille. Since opening our doors in 2005, Mezza Grille has undergone much change. What started out as a counter service café, slowly evolved into a full service, fine dining experience. Through the many phases, three things have remained constant, our dedication to serving the highest quality of food, our love for providing an unforgettable experience, and most importantly, the loyalty of our patrons. Throughout the years, we Houstonians have faced adversity in the most amazing way possible, by banding together and supporting one another, thus coining the phrase Houston Strong. The past two years have been particularly challenging for everyone, which is why we have decided to make a few changes in the way that we operate.
To continue to provide the same quality of food that our patrons have grown to know and love, we will now be operating as a casual, café style restaurant. We have made the decision to make our restaurant more accessible to everyone from students, to industry workers, to families, by lowering our prices and keeping the same great quality of food. We have revised our menu to include a mix of more casual style dining, such as an assortment of wraps and sandwiches, while simultaneously keeping our popular items such as our Mango Stuffed Chicken and our Mixed Grille. Our love of various flavors ensures that there is something on the menu for everyone
