    Prima Facie Evidence Clause: The origin packing inventory (“packing list”) as prepared by the Moving Company and the Insured and signed by the Insured at destination shall be assumed as Prima Facie Evidence of delivery of the shipment in good order with the exception of any notations to the contrary made by the Insured at the time of delivery.
