We were completely disappointed with the value and level of customer service that we experienced at the Nags Head Golf Links. We were told one price on the phone and a higher price once we arrived. The back nine was closed for aeration and we were not told that on the phone either. When we came off the ninth hole, the ranger advised us to take some time and have a sandwich. We did that and then when we came back out another ranger said "You guys screwed me up" He had just sent off two other groups and said our next nine would take a lot longer. We then tried to get our money back for that nine since we had been misled. We were told no refunds and that was the end of it. I would NEVER return to this horribly run golf course.
