Ninety Acres Restaurant – Natirar – Epic Management

Client: Natirar

Project: Ninety Acres

Epic’s role: Construction Manager/ Constructor

Project scope: Natirar is a 411-acre property located in the scenic hills of Somerset County within the municipalities of Peapack/ Gladstone, Far Hills and Bedminster, New Jersey. A forty room Tudor-style mansion was originally built in 1912 on the property by the Ladd Family and purchased by Hassan II, King of Morocco in 1983. King Hassan died in 1999 and Natirar was inherited by his son, Mohammed VI. In 2003, Somerset County purchased the estate from Mohammed VI. Soon after, Somerset County leased the mansion, associated outbuildings and a 90 acre portion of the property for the development of a world class spa/ retreat facility.

Epic has completed multiple phases restoring and renovating existing spaces including the creation of new facilities including Ninety Acres.  Ninety Acres features a 12-acre sustainable farm, state-of-the-art Cooking School, and world-renowned restaurant.  Set in the original mansion’s carriage house and garage, our open floor plan allows each distinct dining area to flow into the next, carrying a theme of refined rustic elegance throughout. These areas include a main bar, main dining area, a cognac lounge, outdoor dining and private dining room, wine cellar and cooking school.
