Food was great, did not like that you can’t take anything home. Too expensive for people with small appetites. Please change this, would love to comeback but won’t unless there are more options.

We enjoyed most of our food that we ordered, only thing we did not enjoy was the garlic rolls that are brought out after you are seated, they where rather dry.. If you get the rolls right Ms. Paula that will set the tone for the main course meal coming afterwards.. overall we would eat here again…. service was fantastic!!

Would not go back. Went in with a family of 9 placed our order. Got fish and ribs. They brought out servings so small there was not enough to go around. Ask for more and it took 20 minutes to get the second round same thing VERY SMALL portions. We had them bring 3 rounds and we still all left hungry. The food taste on a scale of 1 to 10. I give it a 2

OurvHostess Estrella was rude. When seating us said No to request for booth even though plenty were open. Our server Ramis was excellent as was the food

They need to do boxes to take your food home. I wasted more than we ate, I can’t eat much at at time, it’s sad they probably throw out more food than is eaten! The food was delicious but not worth to eat there .

Ordered fish and ribs which were good. Green beans, mashed potatoes, broccoli and rice were OK. But coleslaw was horrible. So sour I couldn’t eat it! There wasn’t enough for 4 people in those little dishes the sides were brought out in. Our waiter took his break right after bringing our food so it was a while before we got refills on our tea, which was like my mama used to make…strong and sweet! Overall it was ok. Rules need to be changed!

Collard greens are fabulous. Everything else, meh. There is nothing homestyle about meatloaf so compressed that it is grey and looks like spam. Lots of food waste because you are required to buy a minimum amount and when you can’t finish that first serving you are not allowed to take home leftovers. Wouldn’t have wanted it re-heated anyway but such a waste of food in a world full of hungry people. We would not have ordered even half of what we got if we were able to order the quantities we normally eat. I love Paula but I will never eat at that restaurant again.

Food was Luke warm. Waitress was irritated that we were there. Waitress got off work 6 minutes after we left and had a huge grin on her face. We saw her in the walking area outside the restaurant. Hope Paula deen does not count on this waitress for good customer service. Maybe another time will be a better experience

This was the best part of Brandon for us. We had fried chicken and meatloaf along with creamed corn, green beans, slaw and Mac/cheese. Our waiter Jack was very friendly and helpful. We were encouraged to eat more but we had plenty the first time around. Took our desserts home. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had fried fish and fried chicken. Along with sides. We thoroughly enjoyed everything but the poppyseed salad which they swapped out for another side. Our server was friendly and checking on us. We order more fried chicken. We left our plates clean. We thoroughly enjoyed everything.we took our two desserts home.

Absolutely the worse food ever. The service was terrible and Zac was so rude. None of the food was homemade food like they advertise. The mac n cheese was straight out of a box with powdered cheese. They brought out enough food for only 2 and there was 4 of us. We ask for refills as soon as they sit it down cuz we could see it was only enough for 2. 2 pieces of fish, 2 wings and a leg on the fried chicken. My grandson is 17 a football player he could eat that by himself. The side dishes were totally inedible anyways. They brought out 2 more pieces of fish and 3 more pieces of chicken and that was pretty much all we got to eat. the fish wasn’t too bad but the chicken wasn’t the best for sure. The desserts wasn’t good either except for the ooey gooey cake, it was fabulous. You could get dessert to go if you did it up front but you couldn’t eat half of it and take the rest with you which I thought very odd. We also couldn’t get any drinks to go. This was a horrible experience that cost us $100 for lunch. They also questioned us about my granddaughters age and then got another person that came to the table and questioned her, like we were lying about her being 9. Paula Dean needs to disassociate herself with this restaurant.

COLD food. Fried green tomatoes were wonderful but the restaurant was not made for two. Food gets cold before you can eat it. The waitress offered to bring more and take cold back. What a waste of food and not allowed to take it home. Dessert you can get to go if it is not put on your table, so better ask for it to go first. We traveled 3 hrs to get there and they would not allow a during to go. RULES,

We ate here on Saturday the 30th of May, 2020, Staff were amazing, very friendly and food was delicious , worth every penny, if you leave hungry it’s your fault lol
