Pinnacle Peak restaurants range from outdoor casual to Five-Star dining. There are a large number of individually-owned eateries and almost no chain restaurants. The closest drive-thru and burger chain is 10 miles away.
A range of options are found around the Peak. For example you have the three unique restaurants at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort at Troon North or grab a super casual traditional breakfast served in the charming Pinnacle Peak General Store.

Pinnacle Peak General Store Restaurant
This original favorite of locals and tourists has been a dependable and beautiful neighbor. The General Store restaurant is a charming venue for breakfast and lunch, affordably priced with American and southwestern favorites. In nice weather you can dine in the courtyard, which is absolutely lovely with shady alcoves…like being on the Plaza in Santa Fe. Some great little shops that have been there a long time too make for a fun morning outing. The small grocery is well stocked with staples and a fantastic wine section. There is also a post office and the general store purveys a nice mix of higher- quality tourist items, including clothing and local nature books.

Four Seasons – Saguaro Blossom
This casual pool-side restaurant is a hidden gem, often forgotten in the hood, because dining at resorts is just not something you can afford all the time. But for a great ladies or post-golf lunch with spectacular views, you can affordably experience all the extraordinary service and details associated with the Four Seasons. We’ve had delectable southwestern-inspired seafood while longingly watching from afar the tourists cool off in the pool with apparently nary a care to the troubles of life and work.

Four Seasons at Troon North – Proof
Proof has replaced Crescent Moon with an entirely new concept which is less resorty and more neighborhood hang-out. However, here is still the best view of Pinnacle Peak, the sunset and city lights all in one place. Just caught them on AZFamily Channel 3 making some very tasty cocktails.

Acoustic entertainment on the weekends.

An editors note about Arizona’s drink, the margarita:
It’s amazing how difficult it is to get a decent one around here, so here is the only recipe a restaurateur should be concerned with:
Margarita
1 part fresh lime juice
1 part triple sec
1 part blue agave tequila.
Shake it up. Serve on ice with salt-rimmed glasses. It’s okay to add more tequila, Gran Marnier or some agave nectar. Now how hard was that? No, don’t reach for the Rose’s Lime….aaaugggh….have you ever tasted that stuff alone? Don’t touch the sweet and sour either, it usually more akin to a floor cleaner.
