Pino’s Deli was founded in 1994, when Pino decided to “go public” with some long-held family recipes. Owner Joseph Merlo, originally from Enna, Italy, came to America in 1971 and started the deli after leaving Ragu .
Pino’s Deli started from an 800 sq foot store and two employees. He was able to expand in square footage and provide many jobs to the Town Of Greece!
Response was immediately overwhelming. Enter Pino’s Deli and you are surrounded by the smells of Fresh Baked Italian Bread and Rolls…The kitchen is a chefs dream….By 6am, kettles of boiling homemade sauce is filling the kitchen with the most wonderful aroma. By 7am the first of many trays of FRESH BREAD AND ROLLS are being taken from the ovens. This process continues all day long!

Pino carries a wide variety of deli products! Brand names like Sara Lee~Boars-Head~Red Osier~Hormel and many others! The cold cuts are always fresh and never pre-cut! The prices are very reasonable!
