Portland Golf Course, set in the rolling hills of the Connecticut River Valley, is a public golf course that has been owned, operated and meticulously maintained by the Kelley family since 1974.  Designed by Geoffrey Cornish, PGC is known for its exceptional playing conditions, and with its unique layout and routing provides golfers the opportunity to play the course in many different ways.  With tree-lined fairways and various elevation changes, this scenic course is both challenging and enjoyable for golfers of all levels and abilities.  Centrally located, PGC is also convenient for both Shoreline and Hartford area golfers.   PGC stays open year-round, weather and course conditions permitting.  With a fully stocked Pro Shop and a great restaurant, we strive to meet all of our patron’s needs.  Play PGC and enjoy some of the finest golf in Connecticut – we look forward to seeing you soon at the course!
