Le Petit Chablis – owned and operated by Daniel & Michelle Petit – blends a romantic atmosphere with authentic French cuisine to prove to be a special evening. Daniel, a chef since 1977, trained in the French Burgundy region of France, prides himself on using no preservatives in his food. The restaurant opened on September 15th, 1989, after three years of renovations the Victorian home to the proper ambiance that Petit requires. Le Petit Chablis features homemade bread and pastries as well as such delicacies as lamb, veal, duck, beef, and even Cajun dishes. This elegant restaurant also features fresh seafood and exquisite soups, such as gumbo and French onion. A full-service bar and wine cellar include the finest of French premium and libations.
