Sale e Pepe opens its doors at 7:30am to accompany you at all times of the day. From the cafe with croissants, cakes and pies, on to lunch and ending the day with an evening aperitif or dinner. An important part of our restaurant is the winery with a wine list that tends to the enhancement and sustainability of the territories, preferring the small artisans, who are the very essence of these places.
Each day Gianluca dedicates time to to the care of his mother yeast, born ten years ago from only water and flour. He uses only the highest quality flours to create bread and focaccia daily, which you will find at the table (also available to order) and pizza served to accompany your aperitif.
