Restaurant Style Cheesy Refried Beans

I don’t know about y’all but one of my favorite things to eat at Mexican restaurants are the refried beans. Somehow theirs always tastes much better -creamier, richer, yummier- than any I make at home. So after searching for copycat recipes and testing out a few, I think I figured it out!

These Restaurant Style Cheesy Refried Beans taste just like the delicious ones served at your local Mexican restaurant and even better they are made with just a few simple ingredients.

Now you don’t have to go out for Mexican food- you can make it at home!

OK who am I kidding? Nut seriously these beans are amazing as a dip or a side.

Serve these for your next Taco Tuesday and enjoy!

Mix together beans and sour cream until smooth.

Pour into a small baking dish.

I like to use shredded Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar, or a Mexican Blend cheese.

Top the beans with cheese.

Add a lot- you can never have too much cheese!

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beans are warmed.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping or as a side with tacos, fajitas, burritos, or even taco pizza -you name it!
