DELIVERY FAQ’S

For 35 years, Restaurant Depot has been the place you shop when you want to save money.  But you don’t always have time to come to the store and shop.  So you’ve asked for options, and now we have them!

Restaurant Depot has teamed with us to bring your order to you. The process is simple: Click the link above for delivery, or pickup and choose the items you’d like to purchase.  Select a delivery window and pay online with a credit card. Your order will be delivered right to your door.

 

Now you can save time AND money by shopping with Restaurant Depot versus traditional foodservice wholesalers.

 

How do I place an order?

Once you’re logged in to the site, go to the tab labeled Lists/Guides.  You can create a shopping list or order guide in several ways:  based on your shopping history, based on your business type or by adding items individually to your list.  Create and save your list or guide.  Then, review the list or guide and make sure you have the right quantities of each item.  You’ll likely want to remove items you don’t need and add items that are missing.  Once you’re satisfied with the list, hit the blue button marked Submit Order at the top of the list.  You’ll be guided through a standard ecommerce check-out process, including confirming your delivery address and selecting a date/time for delivery.

Are prices the same for delivery?

You’ll always save the most when you come to the store and do the shopping on your own.  But when you need delivery, you’ll save more by getting delivery from Restaurant Depot rather than from a traditional foodservice wholesaler.  Our prices start lower, so your bills can end lower.

 

When can I expect my order?

When you submit your order, you’ll let us know when you’d like to receive it.  We’ll contact you if there are any changes.

 

What can I buy online?

Almost everything in the store is available for you to buy online!  If you’re looking for something and don’t see it online, please let us know.  You can contact Us,  Or send an email to us here.

Where do the products come from?

Our delivery partners are shopping in the same Restaurant Depot warehouse where you would shop.  So you can feel confident that products are fresh and exactly what you’ve purchased in the past.

Can I add a special note to the order?

Of course!  When you’re working on your List, there’s a button for “Notes” at the top.  Write in anything you’d like us to know.  We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.  If we have any questions, we’ll contact you.
