Partnership
(RITO) was established on June 7, 1993 for the purpose of manufacturing,
marketing and distributing Rice Bran Oil. The partners are Riceland
Foods, Inc. of Stuttgart, Arkansas and Oilseeds International, Ltd.,
of San Francisco, California.

Riceland Foods, Inc., the world’s largest miller of rice, supplies
rice bran to the partnership from its rice milling facilities at
Stuttgart, Jonesboro, and Waldenburg, Arkansas, and extracts and
processes Rice Bran Oil at its production facility in Stuttgart.
Riceland is a farmer-owned cooperative formed originally in 1921
to market rice. It now provides marketing services for rice, soybeans,
wheat, milo, corn and oats grown by 8,000 farmer-members in Arkansas
and adjacent states.

Oilseeds International, Ltd., is a pioneer in the worldwide expansion
of specialty, high quality, vegetable oils including Safflower,
Oleic Safflower, Oleic Sunflower and Rice Bran Oils. Oilseeds is
a part of the network of offices, experience and financial strength
provided by the Itochu Corporation, one of the world’s leading international
trading companies founded in 1858 and incorporated in 1949.

RITO production facilities are located in Stuttgart, Arkansas and
production management is the responsibility of Riceland Foods, Inc.
Sales and marketing responsibilities are all coordinated through
the Oilseeds International Ltd., headquarters in San Francisco,
California.
