Romanian founder sells Bucharest premium restaurant – butchery Osho

Romanian entrepreneur Florin Radulescu, who founded the Osho restaurant and butchery back in 2010, has sold the place to a company run by Georgios Malideros.

Osho, which is made of Osho Steak and Osho Fish, will keep its format, structures and management team after the takeover.

The buyer is part of the Malideros family, the founders of the Mega Image concept, according to Mediafax newswire. Mega Image is currently run by Delhaize group.

Osho’s founder expects the restaurant to reach a turnover of EUR 2.8 million this year, after EUR 2.5 million in 2012. After the sale, Radulescu will focus on his other business, AVI Compact, which supplies acclimatization solutions and installations.
