About the Course

DiscGolfPark designed by 2009 Disc Golf World Champion, Avery Jenkins, this course meanders through the forest adjacent to Shady Rest Park. Established in November 2019.

It’s the first DiscGolfPark in a US National Forest, the 5th DiscGolfPark in California and the 20th DiscGolfPark installed in the United States

A pro level course throughout the heavily wooded Inyo National Forest with both long and short basket locations. (Short turf teepads are scheduled to be installed in Summer 2021) A very challenging course including four par 4’s and one par 5 for an overall par 60 in the long to long layout measuring 7,315 ft (2,230 meters).

Mostly flat terrain with a beautiful landscape throughout the vibrant pine forest with few holes that provide spectacular Mountain View’s. The highly visible DiscGolfPark baskets can be seen from a majority of the teepads, even on some of the longer holes.

Please park across the street from the beach volleyball and basketball courts, and walk towards the practice putting basket located a short walk from the parking lot. Inside each basket is an arrow that points to the tee pad for the next hole.

The current configuration plays from the long tee pads to the short basket positions (short tee pads and long basket positions to come in summer 2021).

Keep an eye out for bears!
