What to expect when you dine with us

OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS

 

WELLNESS: In an effort to keep our community safe, we ask that guests do not enter the Mill if you have any symptoms of respiratory illness, including: fever, cough and / or shortness of breath. Our employees have wellness checks before they enter the building. All cooks have their Food Handlers license from ServSafe and Kitchen Managers have their Management Certification as well as specific training to COVID19.

FACE COVERINGS: Guests must wear a face covering unless eating or drinking. Our staff will be wearing face coverings.

RESTROOMS: Face coverings must be worn when traveling to/from the restrooms.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We will maintain a 6'–10' distance between all tables. Guests waiting in line for a table will be spaced 6' apart. When you arrive, please check in with the host in the lobby. We are carefully timing reservations to maximize social distancing.

PAYMENTS: Mobile Contactless + Credit Card payments only; we are no longer accepting cash.

SHOPPING: You are welcome to arrive early for your reservation to shop at our retail store.
