Power 2022 U.S. Insurance Shopping StudySM, which polled customers to determine satisfaction with each stage of the shopping experience. That put the provider in first place for the large insurers category and the only company ahead of the segment average.
State Farm received a higher rating in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction StudySM, with 892 out of a possible 1,000 points (the average was 880). The study considered responses from 7,345 auto insurance customers who had settled claims in the past six months.
When it comes to home insurance, State Farm scored far above the segment average in the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Home Insurance StudySM. It ranked fifth with 835 points out of a possible 1,000.
