“I played Blackmoor Golf Club today, Saturday, June 20, 2022. We were charged $63, as locals. I’d always paid $43. The course was in horrible condition. There was very little grass on the tee boxes, fairways, or even in the rough. The sand traps had no sand in them. It was an absolute waste of money. I wouldn’t play the course for free, much less for $63. I spoke to the guys who ran the golf carts, & they said it was because the rye grass had killed a lot of the Bermuda. Whatever the cause, don’t waste your time & money on this piece of shit golf course. I grew up here in Myrtle Beach. There are plenty of well maintained courses. This isn’t one of them.”
