“We hadn’t planned to drive to Pescadero this morning. We were headed to San Gregorio from the City. Trying to text a friend but no cell site. So we drove further south into the town.

Let’s grab a loaf of the artichoke garlic bread. Wait a minute. So much more bread inventory than we recalled. We spotted the pesto artichoke focaccia and chocolate milk bread both of which we’ve not had. We opted for those two. We can always grab the standard artichoke garlic loaf in HMB another time.

We also spotted the pastries near the front door. Self service. We selected a cinnamon bun and a lemon scone.

Everything was very fresh. The bread outstanding.

So happy that our detour was worthwhile.”
