Golfing Enthusiasts visiting New Jersey will not run out of great golf courses to try while they are staying in the Garden State.

Forbes magazine has nothing but praises for the golf courses in the state saying that the courses are excellent. In one of their articles, they rounded up 10 best golf courses for enthusiasts to check out when travelling to New Jersey.

“New Jersey is chock full of terrific golf courses — many of them private clubs — from the densely-populated towns in North Jersey to the sandy and piney stretches that extend down to Cape May at the southern end of the state. This is the 11th major championship played in New Jersey, which is home to the United States Golf Association and a golf course regarded by many as the best in the world.”

The website Golf Digest ranked the best golf courses in New Jersey to guide golfers on where best to tee off when in NJ. Pine Valley Golf Club topped their list.
