Refined fusion dining at OKU Ibiza’s signature destination restaurant takes diners on a sensory journey of Japanese, pan-Asian and global flavours. The new restaurant concept from OKU is pioneered by Executive Chef, Mark Vaessen, who creates an innovative menu inspired by his mastery of Japanese cuisine.
Open exclusively for dinner, the à la carte menu showcases local produce from organic vegetables to fresh catches, alongside Asian delicacies, such as Japanese Wagyu and Hamachi. Carefully-designed dishes range from sharing-style small plates and grills to Robata meats, salads and a raw menu of expertly-prepared sushi, sashimi and nigiri, as well as options dedicated to vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests.
