Thanks for taking the time to write a review about your order with us, I am very sorry you feel let down and unhappy with how your order has gone.

I am sorry you had some issues with the corner unit you brought back in 2020 but we did resolve this with you and you happily accepted compensation for the faults which meant you did receive over 60% of your monies back after over one year of use. We did offer other options which were refused.

You did as you pointed out in your review purchase the five-year extended warranty through Stainguard so I am sure any new issues that have developed you will be able to submit a claim and get this resolved with them directly.

I am sorry your order and subsequent issues have caused you stress, I can see from our records that each time you have called or emailed us we have come back to you with a suitable positive solution and not left you waiting longer than 24 hours for a response.
