TIAA Bank | Better Business Bureau® Profile

Yên ổn the power of attorney for my mother, ***************************. She is 92 and has dementia. I have taken care of all of her business for 5 years. In order to keep below FDIC levels, we do business with 5 banks and she typically has some sort of savings tài khoản and then CDs. For each CD, there are two just the same except my sister is the beneficiary on one and I (***************************) am the beneficiary on the other. My husband and I recently created a trust for our personal property and I wanted to change beneficiary from *************************** to The ****** and *************************** trust. All four of the banks I contacted had different requirements and I worked through them successfully on 3 But TIAA bank was very different. **************** was always nice, but the Research and ************* has been very difficult. Some of the following are approximate dates and some are estimated. Certainly the first and last are accurate.5/6/22. I called and **************** told me what form to fill out. I did and signed as POA and uploaded it securely as directed.5/6/22. Email back saying I needed an original signature, that POAs couldnt change beneficiaries. (Note that I established the original beneficiaries to begin with as POA).5/10/22 (approx). I had the original signature and tried to fax it, but the fax machine did not connect, so I sent it in the mail with a stamp.5/13/22 responded to the email I received on 5/6/22 asking if they received the document in mail. No response.approx 5/18/22 uploaded a message asking if they got the document. Only response was a form that said I could call ****************.5/20/22 responded AGAIN to the email I received on 5/6/22 asking if they received the document in mail.
