PROS:
-Very fast response
-able to accept an order within 48 hours of need by date
-delivery
-thorough communication
-tasty board, quality ingredients
-packaging was impressive
-solid florals

CONS:
-too pricey relative to size, at my price point other comparable companies are making boards 2-2.5x bigger
-not as much variety on the board as others
