“Mole con pollo (Chicken mole) as other reviews mention is fantastic! Very nutty, definitely taste the chocolate. This is mole negro, not mole poblano. Chicken is shredded, allowing for optimal coverage of the chicken with the mole sauce.

The salsa definitely has a kick, and I am a huge spice guy – the hotter the better. This is definitely the spiciest salsa I’ve had at a restaurant without asking for a spicy option and for just being the “standard” salsa. It is delicious!
