“Been a member for a few years, never experienced such terrible service. I’ve had multiple occasions where I would reach out via phone, no call back. I would email – it would take weeks to return my emails. I even tried referring my company to the golf course as we were having a large awards event and they were checking venues (a year before the event)- they never returned my co-workers phone calls. Truly poor service.”
