“A waiter can make or break one’s experience at a restaurant. Ours broke it and we won’t be going back. Although our breakfast was good , we had to ask to move to another table due to smell from homeless person nearby which seemed to inconvenience our waiter. We had to ask twice for a coffee refill which also seemed like a real inconvenience to him. At $5 a coffee I expect refills without having to ask.”
