No other restaurant in Hawaii can mimic Roy’s “Signature Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine.” Only the freshest local ingredients are used and each dish leaves you with the feeling that you’ve just found paradise. One of the best things about Roy’s is that each location features menu ingredients that are sourced from local farms. At Roy’s in Kaanapali, the chef collects fresh produce, seafood and meats from Kona Cold Lobsters, Kumu Farms, Ma’o Organic Farms, Hana Herbs & Flowers, Kawamata Farms, Maui Cattle Company, and more. In addition, each chef at the many Roy’s locations have been trained under the direction of Roy Yamaguchi himself. This allows a consistent approach to his unique culinary style at every restaurant.

When dining at Roy’s Kaanapali, there’s a huge menu selection from which to choose: Starters, Dinner Pupu’s (Family Style Appetizers), Sushi, Entrées (From the Sea & From the Land), and Mixed Plates. Every item is more than impressive, and we absolutely love the diversity of the Family Style Appetizers.
