Trust Restaurant Group Preps to Reopen All Its Dining Rooms – Eater San Diego

As San Diego moves into its first full week of reopened dining rooms, one of the fastest-growing local hospitality groups is gearing up to bring all of its restaurants back to full service. To prepare, Trust Restaurant Group has made adjustments to its operations, including amending their hours of service, removing tables to ensure physical distancing, and conducting daily health screenings for its employees.

Rare Society, the steakhouse that opened on Park Boulevard last fall, is returning to in-house dining on Thursday, May 28, with dinner offered from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Closed Tuesdays.

All-day bakery and cafe Cardellino resumes daytime hours on Friday, May 29 and will be featuring counter service with patio seating only from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Closed Mondays. The indoor space of the Italian-American restaurant, which opened earlier this year, will be activated on Friday June, 5 with nightly dinner service from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. except on Mondays.

Its flagship restaurant Trust is bringing back brunch this weekend, available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and is restarting evening service on Wednesday, June 3. The Park Boulevard eatery is offering dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will be closed on Mondays

Fort Oak is reopening in Mission Hills on Wednesday, June 3, serving dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Closed Tuesdays.

Going forward, reservations will be required for each of its restaurants, with a two-hour dining limit for each reservation. One-time-use physical menus will be available, but tables will also have a QR code to allow guests to view menus online.
