This Post: Where to Eat at The Hotel Hershey – See Mom Click
The Hotel Hershey is one of my all-time favorite places that my family has stayed overnight. It’s the perfect combination of family-friendly and fancy and just feels like such a special destination. We recently were hosted for a night and in addition to the chocolate bars they give you at check in (one per person so you don’t have to share!) there are lots of yummy dining options in the Hotel.
Here’s a run down of each restaurant and what you need to know to plan your meals.
The Circular
This is my favorite place in Hershey for breakfast. Their buffet is fantastic and you haven’t lived until you’ve had their chocolate bread pudding with vanilla sauce. You can thank me later for that tip.
The dress code is resort casual for this restaurant. No hats, graphic tees, or faded or ripped shorts or jeans. You don’t have to be too dressy, but a collared shirt for men and nice shorts or pants is probably your best bet. Ladies, nice shorts, capris, or a dress would be my suggestion. The breakfast buffet we have enjoyed feels a bit more casual, but I would dress it up a bit for dinner.
The Circular is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast seating is open but you’ll want to make a reservation for Sunday brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Trevi 5
RED : Eat like Luka Doncic at Dallas’ only Balkan restaurant and market
We ate here for the first time on this trip and loved it. Trevi 5 is family-friendly and they have a children’s menu. It does have more of an upscale feel to it so while children are definitely welcome, it’s not super casual, if you know what I mean. My kids are 8 and 11 and they were fine, but I probably wouldn’t have felt that way five years ago based on how they acted when we went out to eat!
The food is a modern Italian cuisine and it’s delicious. We loved everything we ordered from pizza to pasta and the portions are pretty sizable too. No room for dessert which is really saying something with my crew! Resort casual is the appropriate dress: no hats, torn jeans, etc. We had just come from Hersheypark and had on t-shirts and shorts and seemed to fit in just fine (though some diners were dressed much nicer!).
Trevi 5 is open for lunch and dinner. Reservations are a good idea, though we got lucky and just walked in and they had a table available.
Harvest
Harvest is a yummy farm-to-table restaurant featuring unique dishes with fresh ingredients. It’s on The Hotel Hershey property but in a separate building from the main lodging. It’s just a short walk from the rooms and the property is beautiful, so don’t let that deter you. Resort casual is appropriate attire.
Not only is the menu totally delicious but the restaurant is beautiful too. Don’t miss your chance to get a few pictures out front!
Harvest is open for lunch and dinner, plus Sunday brunch. Reservations are recommended.
Iberian Lounge
The Iberian Lounge is more of a bar and best suited for adults only. They serve drinks and lite fare in the evenings only. Perfect for a nightcap with your adult friends or spouse!
The Iberian Lounge is located right off the Fountain Lobby with access to the rooftop patio, a perfect place to enjoy a drink and the sunset. The setting here is gorgeous! Definitely check it out whether you grab a cocktail or not.
Cocoa Beanery
The Cocoa Beanery is my favorite little spot for a great cup of coffee and a sweet treat! If you want to grab a quick and casual breakfast or lunch, this is the perfect place to do it.
They serve coffee (of course!) and other beverages along with pastries and pre-packaged salads and other easy-to-grab-and-go bites.
The Cocoa Beanery is open from 6:30am to 6pm on weekdays, 7pm on weekends.
Poolside
The outdoor pool at The Hotel Hershey is beautiful and the perfect place to cool off after a day at Hersheypark. Don’t want to dry off and come inside to find dinner? Grab fresh salads, sandwiches, appetizer/finger foods and drinks at Poolside. There are tables available to sit at and when you’re done, you can keep on playing!
Poolside is open seasonally, Memorial Day through Labor Day while they outdoor pool is open.
