Devils Knob – Virginia’s Highest Golf Course

Devils Knob Golf Course is, well, a cool place that is fun to play. As the highest golf course in Virginia (elevation 3,850 feet), guests know they can escape the summer heat at Devils
Knob (average temperature around 76 degrees). Perennially ranked as one of Virginia’s best courses, its panoramic views become a visual smorgasbord of color in the fall.

Devils Knob Golf Course is only available to Wintergreen Club Members and Wintergreen Resort Lodging Guests. There are rental accommodations throughout the mountain that are not managed by Wintergreen Resort, and do not receive access to this exclusive facility. Call 434-325-8250 for tee times.

Stoney Creek – The Best of Central Virginia Golf

Stoney Creek Golf Course flows through a setting that is as relaxing as it is challenging. World-renowned golf architect Rees Jones designed a trio of nines that blend seamlessly into
the natural surroundings. Playable year round, there are times when you can ski at the Wintergreen Resort and play golf at this central Virginia golf course on the same day.

Driving Range Hours –

Devils Knob: Opens 30 minutes before the first tee time; closes at 4:00 pm. The driving range will close at 3:00 pm on Wednesdays and Sundays for maintenance.

Stoney Creek: Opens 30 minutes before the first
tee time; closes 1 hour after the pro shop closes. The driving range will close at 3:00 pm on Wednesdays and Sundays for maintenance.
